win10 pro fails to install node.js

      I reinstalled the win10 Pro system for the computer, the build version of the operating system is 19044.1288, and then I intend to install node.js for it, except for the necessary drivers, it is quite clean.  When I double-click .msi file to install the node.js, it pops up an interrupted pop-up window, as shown in the figure 【I installed the .msi file of other programs without problems】.
