powertoys无法更新 - powertoys can neither be updated nor uninstalled

      更新PowerToys时显示无法卸载旧版Powertoys手动卸载Powertoys时显示所请求的网络资源不可用这个文件我在Powertoys的安装目录下没有找到，也没有对应的Uninstall程序手动删除Powertoys所有文件也无法解决请问怎么解决这个问题？谢谢。Powertoys failed to uninstall the previous version when updating itself.When I attempted to uninstall Powertoys, a session pop up saying that "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable".However, this file cannot be found in Powertoys' directory.This issue cannot be handled by manually remove all the files of Powertoys, either.I am wondering how to handle this issue.
