[bug report]two of my system folders are completely duplicate, except their name.

      When I wanted to move my "Download" folder to a new disk partition (a new "Download" file had been created and used for a few days, I wished I  could just combine them together as one), I adjusted the settings in attribute - location. Unfortunately, I mixed the "Download" with "Desktop". Then everything is in disorder: these two folders become as one: one name, one location, the same contents —— but two folders in the "system folders"! I've tried resetting any items I could find and several ways: file name, file location, appoint a new location to these two system folders, create a new folder —— move the files out and move them back...... But none of them works.
