apl输入法无法安装？如何解决

      请问我安装APL语言的特殊输入法

无法安装，安装完后无反应，请问如何解决？

On Windows 10, when I go to Settings→Time & language→Region & language and press the Options button for my language and choose
 "Add a Keyboard", Dyalog APL IME is greyed out and its description is "Input method editor (desktop only)".

This is how to add it:
Settings→Time & language

Scroll down to the bottom of the dialog.

Choose "Additional date, time & regional Settings".

Choose "Change input methods"

There are 2 settings to change here.

1) First, on the left, click on “Advanced Settings”.

Under Switching input methods:
Tick the “Let me set a different input method for each app window”

Tick the "Use the desktop language bar when it's available". This option will show the orange D icon when our Dyalog Unicode IME
 is active.

Press the Save button, and you will return to the “Change your language preferences” page.

2) Choose Options on the right

Choose "Add an input method"

You should now be able to add our Dyalog APL IME as an input method.）
