When I try to test the download speed and internet speed, it starts lagging and can not be used normally.I have tested the hard drive performance、copying large files betweeen disks and every thing running good, no lagging at all.The hard drive and network driver are all in the recent version, I have also tried the previous version but it doesnt solve my problems.I find out that when it starts lagging, system process occupancy is around 50%-60%, but the overall CPU occupancy is around 80%.I have try to connect the internet from my smart phone via USB, and then the download speed is about 10MB. When I switch back to the network cable it went up to 40MB, but after few hours, the computer went back to the time when the download speed is full and lagging when I testing the internet speed(same things happening in win10, just update it to win11 two days ago)
