It was by accident I clicked a troll webpage link sent from my friend, at first seems like I closed the webpage (in Steam overlay web browser), but after some moment I back form other things the troll webpage was not closed and I had to close Steam entirely. Then I noticed Defender is gone, the Taskbar tray icon is still there but I can't open it. So now I have to install Avira for now because I'm kinda terrified. So how to get Defender back to work? And I don't want to restart my PC for the risk.Thanks, James.
