我在使用hyper虚拟机之后c盘爆满了，以后不打算用虚拟机了，请问需要删除哪些文件才能恢复c盘的存储空间和内存？c盘一共有100G，现在只剩下2G，原来应该剩几十g的。内存使用量也增加了，16g内存以前大概4g现在现在开机就占了8G
