power apps rest api

      Hello everyone,

    I want to develop a tool to automatically migrate some data to Power Apps. And the developed programming language is Java. But I can't find the API interface. There are few examples in the official documents. As shown in the figure below, I want to know
 how to create an application in Power Apps and how to create the fields in the application .



Is my requirement feasible? Do you know where there are relevant API documents?
