online 3d model

      I am a Chinese.For convenience, I ask questions in English.

I use Office 2019,version 2006(12914.20000).

My system is Windows 10,version 2004(19041.264).

In the Microsoft Online store(www.microsoftstore.com.cn),Office 2019 product introduction,it says,"To use more 3D models, you need to switch the area of the device to the U.S. or Hong Kong area to access the
 remix 3D model library."

As shown in the figure：



When I installed Office 2019,my area is in China.So there's no online 3D model option.Then I switch the area of the device to the U.S.But,there's still no online 3D model at all.

Why?Who can help me?How can I use the online 3D model?

Should I reinstall Office 2019 after I switch the area of the device to the U.S?
